Here at Belleview Animal Clinic, we always welcome new clients and patients to our full service veterinary practice in Englewood.

Englewood veterinary services – delivered with courtesy and respect!  What to expect.

We are currently observing a modified check-in process to reduce pet stress for a more fear-free experience.

When you arrive at Belleview Animal Clinic, you can expect quality care for your pet.

Here’s what to expect during your visit:

  • Call our clinic upon arrival and follow the check-in prompt for option 4

  • Leave a message, or complete the check form, with pertinent information about your arrival.

  • Once checked in, we will call you into the appointment as soon as an examination room is ready and the lobby is clear of other pets and owners. 

  • A veterinarian will then meet you, gather basic information about your pet’s health, examine your pet, talk about any questions or concerns you may have and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed.

  • Any recommended diagnostics tests (i.e. blood work) and treatments are usually performed in one of our treatment rooms.

  • When the veterinary consultation is complete, one of our staff will check you out in the room. Making sure your pet continues to have a fear free experience. Any billing and future appointment bookings are handled in the exam room whenever possible.

  • Depending on the reason for your visit, you may expect a follow-up call from one of our registered veterinary technicians, or assistants, to get an update on how your pet has been doing since their visit. If you have any concerns, talk to the technician about them.

Appointments cancelled the same day or no-show will be charged the cost of the original appointment fee.

In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, with supporting evidence or information, consideration of waiving the fee MAY be given.  This is at the discretion of the the practice owner or practice manager.

Anesthetic Procedures

Clients who cancel the appointment less than 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time, but before the day of, shall be subject to a “48 hours or less cancellation” fee of $15-$78.  Dependent upon what the original appointment was scheduled for and duration.

Appointments cancelled the same day or no-show will be charged a fee of $125.00.

If a procedure is cancelled by the veterinarian as a medical necessity, there is no charge or fee for cancellation.

To cancel or reschedule appointments call us at 303-794-2008. Press option 5 to leave a message.  This is for cancellations only, not rescheduling. 

For Office Visits

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time or a no-show, will result in charge for the appointment cost assessed to your account or charged to the card on file used to “hold” the appointment.

Juneteenth honors the day the last Confederate community of 250,000 enslaved Americans in Galveston, Texas, received word that they have been freed. 2 years and 5 months after President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation. On June 19, 1872, community leaders saved $1,000 to purchase land in 1872, that would be devoted specifically to Juneteenth celebrations. That land became Emancipation Park. Texas was the first state to recognize Juneteenth in 1980, calling it “Emancipation Day.” On June 17, 2021, Juneteenth National Independence Act, established June 19th as a federal holiday.
